What we offer

The YES Way is my innovative coaching method that incorporates a variety of wellness modalities such as positive psychology, functional movement, holistic nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, and yogic principles. My approach views the mind, body and soul as one unit.

From needing an extra boost of energy and encouragement before that big race or meeting to reconditioning old narratives that no longer serve you, creating boundaries or helping you navigate an “Iron Stomach World” with a sensitive stomach- the YES Way method is here to help you succeed!

YES Way sessions are centered around 3 core principles: coping, creating and conquering.

Each Yes Way session lasts 1 hour leaving you empowered and energized to conquer your goals through a session recap with detailed action items and accountability.

Cope

During a Yes Way session, we dive into where you are and where you want to go. Think of our sessions together like a blank canvas you bought for an art project you’re STOKED to start! This blank canvas allows you to discover and create coping strategies to manage triggers and avoid falling back into old behavior patterns.

Create

After coping, comes CREATING! It’s no secret that creativity lights up the soul which is why it’s such an integral part of a Yes Way session! Together, we will figure out what lights YOU up on a personal level and begin tapping into Your Energy Source. We will create innovative methods that provide more clarity on how you will get from you are to where you want go.

Conquer

Last but certainly not least…you have coped, created and now are ready to tap into your Chief Energy Officer to CONQUER! Conquering your goals requires a willingness to learn, fall, persevere to get back up, and have FUN while doing so! We’re boosting self confidence, increasing self discovery, celebrating your speed bumps and successes along the way. Between coping, creating and conquering, you’re bound to leave your Yes Way session feeling energized and ready to take on whatever the day may bring!
